Beautiful Disturbance
A Random Poem
It’s time once again for a random poem. Because poetry.
There might be a poem In the way the trees dance Wind blown greens Light and dark Pastel blue peeking through Beautiful disturbance I sit watching Enjoying the show Contemplating the currents That comb through our lives Rearranging leaf and limb Flex, twist, rise, and fall. Does the tree cry stop Can’t you see what you’re doing I never wanted to bend this way I was here At ease Until you came Or does it rejoice Standing rooted in place Does it bless the wind For alternating shade and sunlight Testing its strength Granting kisses and soft caress Does a wise tree know No matter where it stands It is not stuck Not forsaken Does it trust the wind To bring all life to it
Thank you for taking time to read my poem.
